Location: Technopark, Trivandrum
Experience: 8 years+ (2 or 3+ years as Architect)
Minimum Qualification: B-tech, M-Tech, MCA, BCA, BSc Computer Science, MSc Computer Science, Any Professional Degree, PGDCA or any equivalent degree, BE
Technical Skills : Java, JEE, Hibernate/EJB3, Struts2, Spring,Flex, Delivery Models, Architectural Models /Patterns, UML, MySQL, Oracle, JBoss, SVN,Linux
Role: To act as a technology and Delivery partner around application design, manages dependencies, review requirements and documentation, emphasis on functionality and system qualities, provide input on technical capabilities of human resources, recommend technology, development models,standards, training, tools, ensure design and delivery goals are met.
Job Description
- Leading a highly qualified and specialized team of Software Managers, Engineers/ Programmer/QAs.
- Provide overall technical leadership over the Requirement Analysis, Design, Architecture, delivery of all the software application projects/ products.
- Regular tracking and reporting of project progress. Ensuring perfect harmony between timely project execution and meeting quality and cost effective standards.
- Optimizing human resource talent of the division through leadership and motivational techniques.
- Developing best industry practices by encouraging creativity/innovation with focus on continuous improvement in quality, work process and productivity.
- Produce often with minimum support the key documents specific to the customer, such as Statement of Work (SOW), service delivery kit, acceptance tests plans, Project Plans, escalation procedure etc.
- Deliver on tasks include but not limited to creating & extending the architecture of the system to meet Deployment, Scalability, Performance and Maintainability requirements, Requirement & Design review, Technical Specifications Review, Estimation, Design & Development of framework components , Code reviews.
- Coordinating effectively with Marketing team to develop new / existing business building, excellent Client relationship and delivering ultimate customer satisfaction.
- This position is a significant part of the leadership team and is responsible for making strong contributions to the strategy and growth of the organization.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to lead and coordinate people technically.
- Good understanding of team dynamics
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
